Job Description

Integris Credit Union is currently looking for a talented individual to fill a temporary full-time term position for approximately 13-month for maternity leave as a Financial Planning Support 1 at the Quesnel BC branch. The start date for this position is May 1, 2025, until approximately June 18, 2026.


Salary Range : $21.56to $24.69 CAD per hour.


Key responsibilities:



This position requires someone who is highly organized, has excellent attention to detail, has a positive attitude and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.



The position provides a wide variety of clerical support to the Advisors including organizing and maintaining client files, opening and distributing mail, providing correspondence, handling client communications and contacting clients to arrange appointments with the Advisors.



This position requires the individual to report to the head of wealth management; however, is ultimately accountable to the advisors that work directly with the successful applicant. The Assistant role supports the advisors by following up on implementation of plans by completing required documentation, obtaining required signatures, following up on transactions and transferring of accounts. As this is a dynamic industry, the duties of this position are expected to evolve.



This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to broaden their knowledge in the Financial Planning division. Additionally, the selected candidate will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. This position will be posted internally first.



Preference will be given to candidates with 1-2 years administrative experience preferably with some exposure to the investments or security industry.
