We're looking for a financial wizard who lives and breathes Excel, thrives on turning data into insights, and understands the story behind the numbers. This role blends financial planning & analysis (FP&A) with a solid foundation in accounting, supporting leadership with clear, actionable financial insights that drive business performance.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, forecast results, and optimize financial outcomes--all while maintaining accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making. Provide detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis, including revenue, expenses, margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close to ensure accurate accruals, reconciliations, and variance explanations. Lead and refine budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring assumptions align with business objectives. Prepare insightful management reports and dashboards--turning raw data into clear narratives for executives. Drive process automation and efficiency improvements using advanced Excel techniques (Power Query, PivotTables, VBA, etc.). Partner with stakeholders to evaluate business initiatives, financial risks, and investment opportunities. Assist in the preparation of Board and investor presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, or accounting roles. Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial statement linkages. Expert-level Excel skills--you're the go-to person for formulas, pivot tables and complex modeling. Experience with financial ERP systems. Excellent communication and storytelling skills--you can explain financial results to non-financial stakeholders. High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
