We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Intern / Co-op to join our Group Financial Planning & Analysis team. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and business planning. As part of the team, you will contribute to meaningful financial projects, develop analytical skills, and gain exposure to how financial insights support strategic decision-making across a global organization.
The Opportunity
Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports across regions, business units, markets, ventures etc.
Support quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting, including data gathering, maintaining financial models, performing variance analysis, and consolidating results.
Interpret financial information to support compliance and/or audit filings.
Conduct market and industry research to provide insights for financial planning and business case development.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in reporting, data processes, and analysis.
Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc analysis, gaining broad exposure to FP&A activities.
Hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis in a dynamic business environment.
Exposure to forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis used by senior management.
Development of financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis skills.
Insight into how financial insights drive strategic and operational decisions.
Opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional finance teams and contribute to process improvements.
Is this role right for you?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with strong Excel skills; experience in Power BI is an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with data accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada without employer-sponsored work authorization.

Toronto Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Toronto is $21 to $38 per hour. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Toronto will differ.
