About the Role:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and analytical Financial Planner with a mandatory CFA designation to join our onsite Oakville team. The role focuses on financial planning, investment strategy, and long-term wealth analysis. You will work closely with clients, advisors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality financial planning and advisory support.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial assessments, including cash flow, retirement planning, risk management, and investment analysis. Provide clear, tailored financial strategies aligned with client goals and risk tolerance. Collaborate with life insurance advisors to support client recommendations and enhance overall financial planning outcomes. Analyze client portfolios, evaluate financial needs, and prepare detailed planning reports. Use financial modelling, forecasting tools, and industry best practices to guide client decision-making. Stay updated on financial markets, economic conditions, and regulatory changes in Ontario. Support internal teams with financial insights, case reviews, and product comparisons. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:

CFA designation (mandatory). 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, investment analysis, wealth management, or related fields. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related discipline. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in a client-facing environment. Comfortable working onsite in Oakville, Ontario.
