Benevity\'s Financial Operations Lead will help drive the success of the GoS program and other product offerings under the financial Managed Services umbrella such as the Global DAF. The Operations Lead is responsible for successfully designing, implementing, and supporting GoS workflows along with supporting the growth of the Global DAF client roster, required to support the launch of new clients, addressing any product gaps, addressing unique client requirements and leveraging our current products for the corporate program. The Financial Operations Lead will have intimate knowledge of the operations and provide training to the members of the team on existing processes and manage the incorporation of new processes. This individual should be comfortable monitoring the details of the operation, ensuring world class execution, and support to external and internal stakeholders as required. This role would require you to work in a hybrid environment, between the Calgary Benevity head office, and working remotely. Relocation would be required if you are not living in Calgary. What you will do:
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the GoS and Global DAF workflows to ensure the flawless execution of the corporate GoS/DAF programs
  • Design the corporate GoS workflow for existing and new clients to support, develop, implement and maintain scalable protocols and processes for the program
  • Support the launch of existing and new GoS and Global DAF clients.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) insight into the GoS workflow and possible opportunities and risks
  • Plan for and incorporate new financial managed services, as business needs and core systems and processes evolve
  • Train and coach the team on the existing processes as well as newly implemented processes
  • Develop and report on key metrics to help make better informed decisions
  • Monitor the operational metrics and follow up as required to meet targets and goals
  • Identify and remove barriers as the team iterates and moves through the process development cycle
  • Document project plans for GoS efficiencies ensuring client satisfaction
  • Other duties as required
