We are seeking a results-oriented team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within the Staffing Finance Team as a Financial Operations Clerk. The Financial Operations Clerk - Staffing, assists with the completion of accounts receivable and accounts payable as they relate to the five staffing companies under the staffing division.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the timely and accurate cash application in Netsuite under the supervision of the Accounting Manager and Billing & AR Manager
Responsible for the processing of contractor invoices & payments weekly under the supervision of the Accounting Manager and Payroll Manager
Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the Accounts Payable inbox
Responsible for the accurate and timely inputting of invoices & expense reports into Netsuite per the Accounts Payable inbox
Responsible for ensuring that all invoices & expense reports follow the proper approval steps prior to payment
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
University or College Degree/Diploma preferred
One to two years of Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable experience
Strong Microsoft Office Skills with emphasis on intermediate to advanced excel skills
Prior experience with NetSuite an asset
