Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Financial Debt Advisor

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in financial consulting, possess strong communication skills, and are passionate about helping people navigate their financial challenges. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, recommending appropriate debt solutions, and ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations with clients seeking debt relief and financial guidance. Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend suitable debt management strategies. Clearly explain program benefits, requirements, and costs while addressing client concerns. Track and follow up with clients to ensure they receive the best financial support. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress within CRM systems. Work collaboratively with account managers and support teams to enhance client success. Stay informed about industry regulations, debt relief options, and financial best practices. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in financial advising, debt consulting, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and financial assessment skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills. Proficiency with CRM software and tracking client interactions. Understanding of financial hardship situations and ability to empathize with clients. Ability to provide tailored financial solutions and guide clients through the process.

Performance Expectations:

Maintain a strong conversion rate of consultations to debt management plans. Ensure high client engagement through consistent follow-ups and support. Maintain accuracy in documentation, tracking, and compliance processes. Demonstrate continuous improvement in productivity and collaboration with teammates. Adhere to company policies regarding file organization, communication, and client tracking.
