Robert Half is the worldwide leader in specialized consulting and staffing services for accounting, finance, and business systems professionals.Our Ottawa client is looking for a Financial Coordinator role.The Financial Coordinator will be responsible for:-Code routine AP and prepare payment via cheque run, direct payment, or wire transfer.-Code routine AR transactions and make bank deposits.-Data entry and production of work product including documents, spreadsheets, and support the bank reconciliation process as needed.-Reconcile donations and confirm coding on deposits.-Issue invoices, receipts as needed for donations.-Maintain electronic filing of all accounting records.-Assist with audits, including those related to specific programs and/or funders with schedules and reports as required.-Ad hoc duties as appropriate and needed.Software Experience:-Beanworks/Quadient, QuickBooks Online, MS office suite (including teams). (Essential)-Experience with BMO payments, Asana and Concur.
