. This is a role for someone who's just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves to tackle the day-to-day accounting as they are leading a team and helping steer the bigger financial picture.

What You'll Do

Take ownership of the day-to-day accounting operations across multiple businesses. Lead and mentor a team of accounting and data entry personnel--building strong processes and empowering people to succeed. Consolidate and streamline financial reporting across subsidiaries. Dive into details when needed while keeping a strategic eye on the bigger picture. Partner with management to provide financial insight and support decision-making. Spot opportunities to improve efficiency, tighten processes, and implement smart systems.

What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on accounting experience--you know the ins and outs of A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and month-end close because you've done it. Experience leading a team with the ability to motivate and develop talent. Comfortable managing multiple entities and moving priorities. Entrepreneurial mindset--you like a fast pace, problem solving, and creating order out of complexity. A professional designation (CPA or equivalent) is a plus, but not a dealbreaker if you have the right experience and attitude.
