About the Role:

We are seeking a financial controller to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in accounting. You will play a critical role in supporting monthly close processes, budgeting and forecasting, and customer billing, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure business transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes Prepare financial statements and coordinate with auditors during the annual audit process Analyze and explain expense variances and financial trends to management Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and customer billing activities Collaborate with internal team members and client stakeholders
Qualifications:

CPA designation required Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent experience) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel

Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
