Are you up for a challenge in the world of high-tech? We\'d love to have you on board! Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team.

Your daily life:
The holder of this position will be responsible for all accounting and treasury management matters of our Quebec subsidiary. They must ensure the proper accounting of transactions in the purchasing, sales, and payroll cycles. They must ensure that internal control policies are applied. In general, they ensure that their team and themselves support the Director of Accounting Operations in the production of financial information.

In this role you will:
  • Review balance sheets and results of the entities under their responsibility.
  • Manage the accounting team, providing support in day-to-day tasks and end-of-month processes.
  • Analyze actual results compared to the budget.
  • Support various managers and analyzing within the budgeting process.
  • Proceed to cash flow management.
  • Responsible for the audit of the Canadian component.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and quarterly recharges.
  • Validate and approve payments.
  • Payroll approval.
  • Responsible for subsidy requests.
  • Several Ad Hoc projects.
What We\'re Looking For:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration (Accounting) and member of the CPA order.
  • Five to ten years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in an accounting firm (an asset).
  • Experience with international groups (an asset).
  • Experience in a manufacturing company (an asset).
  • Complete mastery of accounting standards for privately held enterprises (ASPE) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (primarily Excel \xe2\x80\x93 intermediate/advanced level).
  • Familiarity with the ERP system "SAP S4 Hana" (an asset) or any other ERP.
  • Bilingual.
  • Hardworking and flexible regarding schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and resourcefulness.
  • Ambition for progression and performance oriented.
