Financial Controller North York (hybrid)

Job Description
The Controller will be responsible for developing the systems required for our clients growing team, producing monthly reports for our principals and partners, managing project books, and assisting with day-to-day banking.
- Monthly preparation of detailed project accounting reports. These reports will serve as updates to partners on ongoing projects.
- Development of systems and process.
- Manage day-to-day banking.
- Project accounting.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- 5 years working experience in the real estate sector
- University degree in business/accounting
- CPA Designation
- Proficient understanding of real estate accounting and reporting systems
- Strong computer skills

- Strong analytical or problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
