Summary

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team at Mana Hotel Group. This role is essential for overseeing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting practices, and supporting the overall financial health of our hotel. The Financial Controller will play a key role in budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Prepare budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning. Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records. Manage payroll processes to ensure timely employee compensation. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for cost control and revenue enhancement.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and management.
