Please Note:

• This role is supported by a remote work arrangement anywhere across Canada
• A successful applicant must have a valid mutual fund registration and/or life insurance license (LLQP) in any one Canadian province

What will you be doing in this role?

• Proactively contact clients & answer inbound inquiries
• Provide advice & account / policy maintenance services using appropriate planning processes
• Maintain a compliant practice
• Improve client engagement in pursuit of the overall business development objectives & responsibilities
• Educate customers about products, solutions, & services we provide
• Build strong customer relationships &deliver excellent customer service
• Promote client portals & e-delivery options for statements, confirmations & marketing communications
• Provide input to inform continuous refinement of the business model

What qualifications are required?

• Valid mutual fund registration and/or life insurance license (LLQP) is required in any one Canadian province
• College Diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience

What should your experience look like?

• 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the financial insurance industry, Canadian banking, insurance, and/or financial advice channels with a specific emphasis on investment fund products and services
• Acquisition of strong knowledge of savings, investment and insurance products/services and financial planning concepts and an understanding of the regulatory climate
  
• Proven experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  
• CRM experience is an asset
