Our client, an industry leader in pharma and biotech, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a financial analyst, you will be part of the accounting team supporting management. The ideal candidate will have accounting, high attention to detail and be excellent with financials, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Windsor, Nova Scotia
Pay Range: $55,000

What\'s the Job?

Tracking the compilation of costs into various general ledger accounts
Reconciling subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger and resolve any resulting discrepancies.
Preparing weekly and monthly financial reports
Investigating the potential obsolescence and impairment of fixed assets
Preparing monthly analyses on changes in the general ledger accounts and communicating findings and recommendations to management.

What\'s Needed?

College Diploma in Business/Commerce
University Degree an asset
Familiarity with ERP, CMMS & financial reporting software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with focus on Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Crystal Reports
