What You'll Be Doing




Lead

budget planning and forecasting

for residential and commercial properties in partnership with internal teams. Drive the

quarterly asset review process

, providing deep performance insights, risk analysis, and strategic recommendations. Update financial models and assumptions as part of the

mid-year reforecast cycle

. Build and enhance

financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools

that drive smarter decision-making. Analyze

budget vs. actuals

, identify performance drivers, and offer actionable solutions. Collaborate with leasing, property management, and operations to align financial plans with business goals. Support the preparation of

investor packages and client presentations

. Take on

ad hoc modeling and analysis projects

to support growth initiatives and operational strategy.

What You Bring




Bachelor's degree in

Finance, Accounting, Economics

, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in

finance & analysis, real estate finance

, or property management. Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel knowledge. Experience with

BI tools or financial reporting software

is a plus. Excellent communication skills--able to simplify complex data for stakeholders. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and with external clients. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling competing priorities.
