Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis using tools such as

Microsoft Excel

Power BI

Tableau

, and

Microsoft PowerPoint

to visualize data insights. Manage and analyze data within various

ERP systems

including

SAP

,

Oracle

,

NetSuite

,

Microsoft Dynamics GP

, and other

accounting software

. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business intelligence initiatives. Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic planning. Support auditing processes by reviewing financial data for accuracy and compliance. Utilize

SQL

,

VBA

, and other database management tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from

databases

such as

Microsoft Access

. Assist in research projects related to investment opportunities within the financial services sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes through continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Experience

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role within the financial services or investment banking industries. Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, Word, Outlook) along with experience in

business intelligence

tools like

Power BI

and

Tableau

. Hands-on experience working with

ERP systems

such as

SAP

,

Oracle

, or

NetSuite

; familiarity with

Microsoft Dynamics GP

is a plus. Knowledge of accounting principles, auditing procedures, and financial modeling techniques. Experience working with databases (

SQL

Microsoft Access

) for data extraction and analysis. Bilingual skills in French are desirable but not mandatory; excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, perform research, and generate actionable insights. Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
