ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM





Reporting to Finance Manager, the role of Financial Analyst is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting to support the company's strategic and financial objectives. This individual collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify cost efficiencies and evaluate cost management. The role is required a strong knowledge of financial statements and an in-depth understanding of all financial aspects in P&L with a focus on delivering high quality work in a timely manner.



WHAT YOU'LL DO




Prepare monthly/quarterly revenue projections, with weekly update and track revenue performance. Analyze product/revenue streams and margin by customer. Track variances between operating budget projections and actual results, identify key drivers and material variances. Support month-end close processes, review financial results to ensure proper cost periodization and classification, correct errors in coordination with the Accounting Team. Support on annual budgeting and rolling forecast process. Prepare weekly cash flow analyses and other treasury related reporting. Assist with internal, external and statutory audit. Assist with process improvement initiatives, and identify and communicate process and control with internal stakeholders. Provide ad-hoc analysis, and prepare and build ad hoc reporting to support business needs.



ABOUT YOUR SKILLS





Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration (CPA a plus). Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or in a similar role. Experience with SAP. Proficient in MS Office Excel, Power BI. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Self-starter, self-motivated with proactive and process ownership focus. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
