Description de l'entreprise Maximus est une entreprise innovante qui conçoit, fabrique et manufacture le système de contrôle Maximus, destiné à l’industrie agricole. La mission de l’équipe : développer un système évolutif à la fine pointe de la technologie alliant fiabilité, facilité d’utilisation, mieux-être des animaux et économies d’exploitation pour une gestion optimale des entreprises agricoles. L’équipe Maximus vous offre la possibilité de vous joindre à une équipe dynamique et vous offre, en plus, un travail passionnant sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal. Le Groupe Maximus est constitué de 3 entités : Maximus, Zaxe Technologies et Maximum AG (distributeur aux États-Unis). L’analyste financier sera responsable de préparer, analyser et réviser les données financières pour ces 3 entités. Le Groupe Maximus est depuis 2021 une filiale de la compagnie Ingersoll Rand (NYSE: IR), au sein de la Division Precision and Science Technology (PST).
Sommaire Relevant du « Responsable finance » de la BU Agritech de la division PST d’Ingersoll Rand (IR), l’analyste financier aura comme principales responsabilités :

• Préparer, analyser et réviser le budget des opérations et des prévisions pour les trois entités sous sa responsabilité ;
• Effectuer le « reporting » des informations financières sur les commandes, les revenus, les dépenses, le fonds de roulement et d’autres informations financières ;
• Tenir à jour et améliorer les modèles de données réelles, de prévision et de production de rapports grâce à une compréhension approfondie de l'ensemble de données du Groupe Maximus ;
• Extraire, colliger, analyser et interpréter des données financières provenant de plusieurs sources afin d’identifier les écarts et les points d’amélioration que la direction peut utiliser pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies opérationnelles plus efficaces ;
• Préparer des rapports financiers avec des conclusions fiables ;
• Responsable des activités de contrôle de gestion industrielle : gestion des coûts, analyse des écarts sur les achats et la production ainsi que l’analyse des marges ;
• Maintenir et/ou améliorer les contrôles internes de l'entreprise ;
• Optimisation du système d’information ;
• Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Profil recherché

• BAC en comptabilité, en finances ou en administration des affaires ;
• Titre CPA (un atout);
• Titre CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst);
• Expérience avec SAGE et Essbase ;
• Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire;
• Expérience en grande entreprise (un atout);
• Habileté à identifier et analyser les informations financières
• Maitrise d’Excel à un niveau avancé;
• Bilinguisme français et anglais requis.
• Connaissance des NCECF et USGAAP ;
• Connaissance de Hyperion (HFM) est un plus;
• Sens de l’organisation et gestion des priorités ;
• Esprit d’équipe et de collaboration ;
• Flexibilité et autonomie.

The Maximus team offers you the opportunity to join a dynamic team and offers you an exciting job on the South Shore of Montreal. The Maximus Group consists of 3 entities: Maximus, Zaxe Technologies and Maximum AG (distributor in the United States). The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial and accounting aspects of these 3 entities. The Maximus Group is a subsidiary of Ingersoll Rand (NYSE: IR) since 2021, within the Precision and Science Technology Division.
Summary Reporting to the "Head of Finance" for the Agritech BU of Ingersoll Rand's PST division (IR), the Financial Analyst's primary responsibilities will include:

• Prepare, analyze and revise the operations and forecast the budget for the three entities under his/her responsibility ;
• Perform financial information reporting on orders, revenues, expenses, working capital and other financial information ;
• Maintain and improve actual data, forecasting and reporting models through a thorough understanding of the Maximus Group data set ;
• Extract, collate, analyze and interpret financial data from multiple sources to identify gaps and areas of improvement that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies ;
• Prepare financial reports with reliable findings ;
• Responsible for industrial management control activities: cost management, purchasing and production variance analysis and margin analysis ;
• Maintain and/or improve the company’s internal controls ;
• Optimization of the information system ;
• Any other related duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration;
• CPA designation (an asset);
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst);
• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position;
• Experience with SAGE and Essbase;
• Experience in a large company (an asset);
• Ability to identify and analyze financial information
• Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level;
• Bilingualism in French and English required.
• Knowledge of CFAS and USGAAP;
• Knowledge of Hyperion (HFM) ;
• Organizational skills and priority management;
• Team player and collaborative;
• Flexibility and autonomy.
