As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with business partners and senior leadership to facilitate our rapid growth strategy. Effective presentation and communication skills, and the ability to understand the big picture while also analyzing and reconciling the details, will be a major asset to succeeding in this role.   • Work with budget owners across the organization to create inputs for annual and long-range planning
  • Develop and maintain annual and rolling forecast models
  • Build reports and presentations for the senior leadership team to support decision making and to communicate results
Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare financial data, summarize operating results, and conduct variance analysis for monthly management reporting
  • Provide business units with financial results, analysis, and KPI measurement
  • Create new reports and reporting tools to support new initiatives and to make innovative improvements in current processes
  • Support special projects relating to corporate development and strategic initiatives
Key Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial statements; quantitative and analytical competency
  • Strong financial modeling and data analytics; advanced use of Excel
  • Proficiency in understanding and utilizing reporting software and systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working independently
  • Experience with SaaS, NetSuite, and Adaptive Insights or other Budgeting and Forecasting software is highly desired
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or data analytics
  • CFA or working towards the designation would be an asset
