Financial Analyst
will support financial reporting for the North American dealerships. This is a very hands-on role and ideal for someone seeking to continuously improve financial processes and make a difference in a growth-oriented company

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate, timely and insightful reports for varying levels of stakeholders
Extract, review, and consolidate large data sets from multiple databases
Perform process/controls documentation and conduct testing/walkthroughs at dealerships
Develop and present recommendations to dealerships to ensure compliance with controls frameworks
Follow up with varying levels of stakeholders based on review of schedules such as inventory and AR
Assist in the preparation of the quarterly financial statements
Assist with various tasks and special projects as required
Qualifications
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You are a self-starter with exceptional work ethic, time management and self-management skills
You are an engaged professional who is attracted to fast-paced, progressive environments
You can work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
You have a highly positive attitude towards collaboration, and teamwork
You build relationships and communicate effectively to positively influence peers and other stakeholders (excellent communication skills - written and verbal)
University degree in Accounting or business-related field
Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation preferred; candidates currently pursuing their CPA (Chartered Accountant focus) will also be considered
1 to 3 years of Public Company experience in Accounting (IFRS) is preferred
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with extracting and consolidating large data sets from various financial systems
Strong technical internal controls and process improvement skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
