In this role, you?ll be involved in the analysis, preparation, and review of financial statements, playing a critical role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and insightful reporting for management decision-making. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements and notes, including supporting working papers
• Create and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support
• Analyze financial results and variances
• Produce and review internal and external financial reports, including bank reporting, inventory and cost analysis, and cash flow forecasts
• Manage GL structure across multiple entities and projects within the accounting system
• Oversee accurate project cost allocations; investigate and reclassify as necessary
• Process complex journal entries related to cost allocations, intercompany loans, and mortgage transactions
• Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes, reporting, and controls

Qualifications:

• A new CPA or close to completion
• 3+ years experience from public accounting
• Must have advanced Excel skills (SQL, pivot tables)
• MUST be local, as this position is on-site
