We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and investment banking. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and systems, including Hyperion, as well as the ability to analyze financial data effectively. A working knowledge of VBA and SQL is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting key financial metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for continuous improvement within financial operations. Utilize accounting software and systems to maintain accurate financial records. Analyze investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on comprehensive research. Develop and implement financial models to forecast future performance. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial projections. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Previous experience in investment banking or a similar finance role is preferred. Proficiency in accounting software and systems, including Hyperion. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Familiarity with VBA and SQL for data manipulation and reporting is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly. Knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory.
