The Business Planning Team is part of Global Capacity & Contact Management organization (GCCM) within Global Services Group (GSG). The team is responsible for supporting GSG organization from a cost center management perspective by managing and reporting expenses, investments, assessing trends and identifying risk & opportunity areas to help business meet financial targets. Responsibilities:

  • Planning and forecasting of Headcount (review & track capacity)
  • Review P&L and report Opex variances - Actual vs Budget/Forecast and with Prior Year
  • Preparation of monthly financial results including managing accruals etc.
  • Identify and report risk and opportunities to the Budget/Forecast
  • Manage effective resolution of queries arising out of the month end & Budget / Forecasting processes
  • Work extensively to collate input ensuring accuracy, completeness and meeting tight deadlines
  • Willing to learn about the different GSG functions.
To be successful in the role, strong focus on data management, reporting and consolidation skillset is required. Technical finance knowledge is not a constraint for applicants who have strong background in data analysis and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business/ finance or related field with 3-5 years of work experience
  • Knowledge of financial systems – TM1 / GSNASO and Oracle is highly desired
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power-point). Knowledge of Macros is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Strong work-ethic and interpersonal skills
