Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights on financial performance. Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Access for effective data presentation. Ensure compliance with auditing standards and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization. Assist in the implementation of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and VBA for automation. Experience with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics GP or Hyperion. Familiarity with databases and SQL for data management and analysis. Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI for data visualization. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis within the financial services sector. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders. Bilingual capabilities (e.g., French) are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse teams. Strong math skills coupled with analytical thinking to drive informed decision-making processes.
