We are thrilled to be partnering with JDI to hire a Financial Advisor (TM1, Planning & Analytics) to join their growing Finance Transformation team. Finance Transformation is made up of a collection of people with diverse backgrounds and skillsets. We work closely with great teams across Finance and our Operations to implement and improve Finance solutions regarding Financial Modeling, Data Visualization, Analytics, Automation, and ERP financials. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our organization. Reporting to the Director, Finance Transformation, the Financial Advisor (TM1, Planning & Analytics) will be responsible for assistance in designing TM1, IBM Planning Analytics models for the Moncton-based companies. This would include starting all new models for a company or adding components for existing models.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Build comprehensive financial models for planning and analysis
• System and application administration, modeling, and development for TM1 application
• Elicit requirements and design TM1 objects (cube, dimensions, etc.) based on business requirements
• Design Turbo Integrator (TI) processes to pull data into TM1 and between TM1 objects
• Partner with business units and TM1 users on their specific needs and requirements with data sets
• Other ad hoc projects and reporting needs as required

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A University Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Information Systems (or similar)
• An accredited financial designation would be considered an asset (ideally CPA)
• Demonstrated experience of performing a combination of these activities; experience with programming, financial modeling, and/or solutions designing
• Knowledge of programming such as MS Excel VBA macros
• Experience with TM1, IBM Planning Analysis is not required but would be considered an asset
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
• You are analytical and have a strong understanding of statistics
• Knowledge of financial business processes and systems (ERP, billing, other specific systems)
