What You'll Do
As a
Financial Advisor
, you'll work closely with senior advisors and clients to support financial planning and implementation. You'll focus on building trust, creating and improving internal processes, and developing long-term relationships with clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting clients in understanding their financial picture and goals
Helping build and implement financial plans tailored to client needs
Building long-term relationships based on transparency, trust, and care
Working with team members to streamline and document client service processes
Participating in client meetings and managing follow-ups
Staying current with industry trends, compliance requirements, and financial tools
Collaborating with a team of advisors, administrative staff, and specialists

Qualifications:
Some experience (1-2 years) in the financial services industry or a related field
Post-secondary education in business, finance, economics, or a related area
Progress toward or interest in financial planning designations (e.g., QAFP, CFP, LLQP or Canadian Securities Course)
Comfort with common financial software tools and CRMs
Eligibility to work in Canada
