What you will do?

  • Deliver personalized wealth management solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals
  • Develop, retain and grow the business by deepening client relationships
  • Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients
  • Adhere to and maintain compliance requirements of the business
  • Provide advice and account / policy maintenance services using business planning processes
  • Educate clients about all the products, solutions, and services Continuum provides
  • Promote the value proposition of Continuum

  • Post-secondary education in Business and/or 3-5 years of industry experience
  • LLQP required
  • MFDA licensed
  • Professional accreditation (CFP, CIM, or equivalent) is considered an asset

The base salary for this position is between $70,500 - $ 117,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
