Job Description
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial Accountant is tasked with supporting all accounting functions.
- Process AR and AP transactions, journal entries, and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts
- Review of property manager monthly financial statements
- Preparing and file HST filings
- Assist external accountants with year-end audits
- Assist with financial reports for investor reporting
- Support any other accounting operations and processes, as required

- 3+ years accounting experience
- Real estate development accounting experience is an asset
- CPA Designation preferred
- Yardi experience preferred
- Must have considerable knowledge with basic accounting principles and accounting functions.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and timelines
- Extended medical and dental insurance coverage
