Finally, you want to build a team and our presence in the federal public sector market, helping grow Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s impactThe work:Help clients start the process of modernizing their finance functions by consulting with internal and external teams to set strategy and goals, prioritizing initiatives, and building out a roadmap for the finance transformation journey.Oversee clients\xe2\x80\x99 digital transformations, help them simplify workflows and find new funding streams (FinTech apps, blockchain technology, virtual and augmented reality)Find Cloud ERP and EPM solutions for clients and share best practices across the industryManage engagement risk, project economics, deliverable content, and ensure client buy-in \xe2\x80\x93 from identifying, shaping, responding to, and delivering opportunities.Encourage innovation from team members; support their ideas and career goalsStay on top of current regulations, trends, and technologies influencing digital finance, analytics, and the CFO ecosystem, with a specific focus on the federal public sectorHere\xe2\x80\x99s what you need:5 years of finance and management consulting experience with a specific focus on finance transformationMinimum 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with finance functions (analytics, forecasting, core finance), including operating models, supporting organization structures, and process best practicesMinimum 3 years of experience leading projects and/or teamsBachelor\'s degreeBonus points if:You\xe2\x80\x99re a pro when it comes to engagement \xe2\x80\x93 plus business, practice, and people developmentYou\xe2\x80\x99ve designed finance, accounting, planning, forecasting, or reporting solutionsYou\xe2\x80\x99ve worked with these FinTech solutions: Anaplan, Hyperion, BPC, OBIEE, Tableau, and FusionYou\xe2\x80\x99re comfortable with ERP technology and know your way around SAP, Oracle, WorkdayYou\xe2\x80\x99ve got an MBA and/or CPA after your name or another type of advanced degreeOur Commitment to Inclusion & DiversityAt Accenture, inclusion and diversity are fundamental to our culture and embedded in our core values.
