It is a very important role within this company, as you will be in charge of helping to find the right solutions for customers that apply for a second chance financing. This position allows you to have the first to the last contact with your customers, and therefore build their trust and confidence.

Successful candidate must:

Be very organized Be able to have a flexible schedule - We are open 2 nights a week as well as Saturdays Have significant customer service experience Be able to work in a fast pace environment Have significant automotive sales experience Demonstrate a great team work experience Be goal oriented Have experience and knowledge of the Finance Office products; including working with different banks and lenders, as well as offering products to protect the customer's credit, their loan, and their car

Other important skills:

Hard working Be able to work effectively without constant supervision Open minded and patient Be able to multi-task Have excellent writing skills in English and in French will be considered an asset Be bilingual will be considered an asset
