Tasks

Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Oversee the analysis of employee data and information Oversee the preparation of reports Order office supplies and maintain inventory Oversee payroll administration Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Perform data entry Maintain and manage digital database Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English * Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
