Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting business growth initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in accounting and financial services, and the ability to develop effective risk management strategies. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization while guiding teams toward achieving financial objectives.

Duties



Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness Manage corporate finance activities including budgeting, cost management, and investment analysis Lead bookkeeping and accounting functions to maintain precise financial records Conduct risk analysis and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial exposure Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure consistency across financial statements Develop financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with business development teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize financial performance Supervise finance staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing financial operations Support internal audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed

Experience



Proven experience in financial services, corporate finance, or related fields with a strong background in accounting principles Demonstrated expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation Experience in budgeting, cost management, risk analysis, and investment strategies Leadership experience managing finance teams or departments Familiarity with business development initiatives and strategic planning within a corporate environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights Prior experience in risk management practices is highly desirable
