Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure the fiscal health of our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while managing a team of finance professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of corporate finance, risk management, and investment strategies to support business growth and sustainability. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in developing financial policies, optimizing costs, and guiding executive decision-making through accurate financial insights.

Responsibilities



Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions Manage bookkeeping, accounting, and budgeting activities across departments Lead financial services operations including reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to mitigate financial exposure Perform account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records Develop and implement cost management initiatives to improve profitability Support business development efforts through financial modeling and investment analysis Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering professional development and operational excellence Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, including budgeting and long-term financial goals Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies

Qualifications



Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, or related roles with demonstrated leadership skills Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and accounting principles Expertise in budgeting, cost management, risk analysis, and risk management strategies Experience with financial services including investment analysis and fund management Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately and efficiently Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail-oriented financial reporting Strong business development acumen with the ability to support organizational growth initiatives Effective leadership abilities to manage teams and influence cross-functional collaboration Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred

Pay: $106,633.12-$141,318.41 per year
