Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a key role in financial reporting and support key functions such as asset/liability and profitability management, capital and liquidity oversight, investment strategy, and enterprise risk management. You will also lead and develop a team of corporate accounting clerks, ensuring operational excellence in accounting within the Credit Union.

Your Spark (Qualifications & Experience):

A bachelor's degree or professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) plus 4-6 years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Extensive experience in preparing accurate, timely financial reports and statements in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Demonstrated experience in leading a team and supporting organization-wide operations and projects.

Outstanding attention-to-detail, communication, organization, and time management skills.

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

Pay: $6,995.00-$8,744.00 per month
