We are seeking a Volunteer Finance Manager to support our organization with basic bookkeeping and financial organization. This role is ideal for someone with accounting or finance experience who wants to use their skills to support a community-focused, non-profit organization making a real impact.
The Finance Manager will help ensure our financial records are accurate, organized, and ready for reporting, audits, and grant applications.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize financial records (income and expenses)
Support monthly bookkeeping and basic reconciliations
Track donations, grants, and program expenses
Help prepare simple financial summaries and reports
Support financial documentation for grant reporting and compliance
Provide guidance on improving financial processes and controls
Work closely with the leadership team to ensure financial transparency
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1.00 per month
Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week
