We are currently seeking a hard-working, team-oriented individual, who is willing and able to work with several colleagues within various segments of the business. Reporting directly to the general manager, the finance manager will help ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and provide useful reporting to team members. This person must be highly organized and be familiar with the complete cycle of accounting. This position will be full-time, Monday to Friday, and offers a competitive wage and benefits package. Key responsibilities include maintaining systems and processes to ensure strong internal controls and effective reporting for all accounting cycles including job costing and reporting. Also assisting other finance staff with various tasks such as processing purchase orders and invoices. Experience with Jonas and Microsoft Dynamics accounting software will be considered an asset. The successful candidate will have a friendly, positive attitude, and display effective problem-solving skills. Tasks may include but are not limited to: ? Setting up and maintaining systems and processes in various accounting cycles ? Processing purchase orders, purchase invoices, and sales invoices in Jonas ? Communicating areas of improvement with purchasers and finance team ? Preparing internal reports and reporting to general manager and other team members Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits:
