Finance Manager

to lead our finance team in

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processes. Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability. Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance activities. Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring professional development and efficiency. Analyze investment opportunities, risks, and capital expenditures. Collaborate with management to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management (experience in consultancy or corporate environment preferred). Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, and corporate finance. Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
