Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Financial Services Manager role within the automotive industry
Proven track record in automotive sales and business development
Solid understanding of vehicle financing and leasing, including both new and pre-owned units
Subprime financing knowledge is essential
Demonstrated ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and trustworthy manner
History of delivering exceptional customer service and consistently exceeding industry benchmarks in product penetration and dollars per copy
Experience working collaboratively with banks, the management team, and the sales department to expedite contract funding
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Proven ability to lead and foster a positive, team-focused work environment
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is considered an asset
High-performing, competitive, and driven personality
Flexible and adaptable to shifting business needs and schedules; weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) may be required
Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure

What YOU Will Be Doing
Maximize sales penetration of finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, protection packages, and other value-added offerings
Present financial options to customers in a clear, ethical, and effective manner to ensure informed decision-making
Prepare, review, and process all documentation related to vehicle sales, financing, leasing, and aftermarket products in compliance with legal and dealership requirements
Secure financing and leasing approvals by leveraging a wide network of lenders and financial institutions, including subprime sources
Ensure the timely and accurate verification of customer insurance and all other required documentation prior to vehicle delivery
Monitor and manage deal funding to ensure prompt receipt of proceeds from financial institutions
Maintain and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports related to F&I product sales and approvals
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support deal structuring and assist in closing transactions efficiently
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners, insurers, and customers to support repeat and referral business
Process and submit credit applications, while maintaining full compliance with privacy regulations and dealership standards
Continuously stay up to date with new products, lender programs, and compliance standards to enhance performance and customer experience
Participate in ongoing training and development of sales and finance team members
Commission Payment:
As an Independent Contractor, you will be paid a variable commission payment plan. Provided you hit your targets, our Finance Managers can make anywhere between $80,000 to $120,000 annually.
