Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a fast-growing Canadian provider of inbound customer service and outbound sales solutions. With operations across multiple countries, we support high-growth e-commerce and service brands. We are scaling quickly and need a Finance Manager who can keep pace -- building strong processes, ensuring accuracy, and guiding smart financial decisions in a dynamic start up environment.

Responsibilities

Lead daily finance operations (AP, AR, payroll, month-end close). Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow. Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping staff. Ensure compliance with Canadian tax/accounting standards. Manage multi-currency invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. Partner with the CFO to provide insights that drive profitability.

Skills

CPA (or equivalent) preferred. 5+ years in finance/accounting, with 2+ years leadership experience. Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll, tax, and compliance. Advanced Excel skills; and QuickBooks Online experience an asset. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
