In the position of

Finance Manager

,reporting to the

Sales Managers

,the successful candidate will be responsible for presenting financing options and opportunities to our vehicle buyers and effectively supporting our sales team.

You will be accountable for:

Work directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options. Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership. Ensure a great understanding of programs and incentives offered by the Manufacturer, lending partners and other vendor partners. Promote a positive working relationship with our sales team, partners, and banking relationships. Ensure all products are understood and presented to every customer every time. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Understand the required documentation of each deal and safeguarding the store in the event of an audit. Assist with insurance and registration for vehicle purchases and lease. Support the sales team through ongoing training, mentoring and teamwork. Other Duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

At least one year of previous experience as a Finance Manager. A valid driver's licence and a clean driver's abstract. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of effective sales strategies along with a good understanding of financial products and the banking industry is an asset. Strong desire to reach goals and succeed. Dedication to providing great customer service.
