Collaborate with business development teams to identify new revenue streams and optimize existing financial operations. Supervise the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses for executive leadership and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards across all departments. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. Proven experience in financial services, corporate finance, or related roles with a strong background in bookkeeping, accounting, budgeting, and risk analysis. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Expertise in account reconciliation, cost management, and investment strategies. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to finance operations.
