Position Overview
Are you a numbers-savvy professional who thrives on keeping finances running smoothly while providing strategic insight? We're looking for a Finance Manager to oversee our accounting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and taxation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls. You'll work closely with HR, Operations, and senior leadership to help drive smart business decisions.
What You'll Do
Lead the full accounting cycle: month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
Prepare monthly financial packages with clear explanations of key variances.
Manage revenue operations: record new contracts, approve timesheets, resolve invoicing issues, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Monitor daily cash flow and lead the company's banking relationships.
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts; maintain integrated forecasting models updated with actuals.
Collaborate with external accountants to ensure sales and income tax compliance as well as annual external reporting requirements.
Maintain and improve internal controls and financial systems, coordinating closely with HR and Operations.
Handle payroll: set up new employees, track updates, and approve payroll runs.
Oversee vendor and expense processes, including invoice approvals and payment schedules.
What We're Looking For
CPA designation or equivalent experience preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, book-keeping or finance.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
Excellent communicator and team collaborator, with strong organizational skills.
