Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our finance department. While automotive experience is not required, we are looking for someone with a background in retail sales who is passionate about learning and willing to be trained in finance. This role will begin with a strong focus on selling finance and insurance products, with training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their finance needs and offer appropriate finance and insurance products. Effectively communicate the benefits of various financial products to customers and help them navigate the selection process. Work closely with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth transactions and positive experiences. Assist in the paperwork and approval process for financing and insurance products. Learn and adapt to dealership processes, with ongoing support and coaching from experienced leadership. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing regulations, products, and offerings to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Retail Sales Experience:

A background in retail sales is essential. Automotive experience is not required, but a strong asset. Willingness to learn and adapt is key.
