Kelowna Infiniti Nissan is looking for an experienced Finance Manager who values integrity, professionalism, and long term client relationships.

The Role

As Finance Manager, you are a key part of the customer experience and the sales team. You will guide clients through financing and protection options in a clear, professional, and ethical manner while ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.

This is a

commission based position

and is best suited to someone who is confident in their abilities, organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deals while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Present financing and protection options clearly and honestly Complete all documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations Work directly with lenders to secure appropriate financing solutions Support the sales team with efficient and professional deal flow Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the finance process Monitor daily performance, programs, and incentives Contribute positively to team culture and dealership morale Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in automotive financial sales Strong ethical standards and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with finance software and dealership systems VSA Certification and a valid driver's license CDK, CRM, or related dealership software experience is an asset
