The financial services manager is responsible for guiding our clients through the vehicle financing & lease process, securing optimal financial arrangements, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, extremely positive, self motivated, present excellent sales and negotiation skills while maintaining an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Present & explain financial options, leasing programs & insurance products

- Develop & maintain relationships with banking institutions and other Acura related financial departments

- Review & approve credit applications that comply with dealership and lender policies

- Assist clients in understanding the financial aspects of their purchase, including payments interest rates and loan terms

- Achieve and exceed sales targets set for additional products

- Achieve minimum requirements for the Acura Canada elite status dealer program

- Prepare & review contracts prior to scheduled deliveries to ensure accuracy & compliance

- Collaboration with the sales department to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries maintaining high levels of client satisfaction

- Maintaining a detailed history log of all financial & client transactions

- Attend sales / financial services monthly meetings

- Maximizing dealership profitability through after sales process

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a successful financial services manager preferably luxury automotive sales

- Strong knowledge in automotive financing, leasing and insurance products

- Excellent negotiation & communication skills

- Ability to built report with long term & high net-worth clients

- Familiarity with finance & dealership related software

- Possess an active AMVIC license

- High level of professionalism & attention to detail

- Bachelors degree in finance or related field preferred

- Infectious positive energy an absolute must
