We have an opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile and isn't afraid of a challenge. As a Finance Manager, you will support our customers and facilitate a relationship between the customer and various lending institutions. The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to develop a collaborative working environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience Review & evaluate credit applications Securing Automotive finance contracts Ability to generate leads/credit applications (phone, email, web, social media, etc.) Display knowledge of all products offered Guarantee all legal and financial information is protected Support Sales team to ensure success Actively prospect new customers on a continuous basis. Keep up-to-date product knowledge of all competitive products and services Participate in off-site product and skills training programs.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years in auto sales, sales management or finance management Director experience preferred Experience in selling all Finance products Deal submitting experience and negotiating terms and conditions with the lenders is a must have Knowledge and experience with Dealertrack and RouteOne. Must have exceptional leadership and communication skills Must be flexible with work schedule Must have experience with CDK and CRM
