They have been experiencing rapid growth in recent years and are now seeking an experienced, business-savvy, and entrepreneurial Finance Manager to help scale their operations.You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative culture. If you prefer a highly structured environment with extensive guidance, this may not be the ideal fit for you.This is an on-site position with some flexibility after an appropriate onboarding timeline.The Finance Manager will report directly to management and oversee one accounting clerk who will handle day-to-day accounting tasks. Your primary focus will be on enhancing and refining the budgeting and forecasting processes. Additionally, you will monitor and ensure adequate cash flow for operations while optimizing working capital. You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing relationships with banks.As the leader of the finance and accounting function, you will oversee daily accounting operations and provide financial insights to support management in overall business strategy and decision-making.TMGVCJob Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar disciplines
• CPA designation or foreign equivalent preferred
• At least 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 2+ years at a manager level and preferably in a small business setting
• Fast-paced and dynamic industry experience preferred (distribution, manufacturing)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and knowledge of ASPE
• Experience in FP&A and cash flow management
• Technology-savvy with experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite
• Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy challenging the status quo
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Possess a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d and flexible attitude, willing to take on various tasks and projects
• Able to work independently and resolve issues with minimal guidance
