Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have consecutive high performing years as an automotive Financial Services Manager and be fluent in all aspects of the business & F&I office. Team building, training, high energy and great attitude are key factors in being considered for this position. The F&I Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager, Sales Department, Finance Department and report to the General Manager. We encourage personal growth within the group as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities

Responsible for F&I office performance and duties Saving applications on Dealertrack and getting deals approved Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and within OMVIC regulations F&I Gross profit per new and used vehicles must be at the forecast level or above Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets achieved Attend all Sales meetings and Manager meetings and participates in all areas of training/certifications requested. Ensures he/she is aware of all Financing & Incentive programs, and also ensures that they are maximized to their fullest potential Analyzing the business office to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus. OMVIC license is must. Proven experience in financial management roles with a strong understanding Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform risk analysis effectively. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams.

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
