We are seeking a motivated and experienced Non Prime Automotive Finance Manager to lead our sales operations and oversee the finance process with integrity, performance, and professionalism. We have a sales team already in place so you will hit the ground running.
-Key Responsibilities
-Manage and lead the sales and finance departments to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
-Structure vehicle deals, present finance and insurance (F&I) products, and secure lender approvals.
-Train, coach, and motivate your Own sales staff to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
-Oversee customer contracts, documentation, and funding accuracy.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in automotive F&I management.
-Strong understanding of automotive financing, lending programs, and compliance standards.
-Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
-High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
-Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM tools.
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
